Collateral Duty Inspected (QA) over 30 J52-P-408A/B engines. Performed test cell engine runs on over 170 J52-P-408 A/B engines. Attended and excelled in the Army 15G series school for structural repair and advanced composites course in UH-60 Black Hawk and AH-64 Apache programs. Upon graduation was awarded with a Certificate of Exceptional Performance. Successfully completed Level 1 NDI (Eddy Current) training course for the NC Army National Guard at the NDI center of excellence in Red Arsenal, Alabama. Instrumental in preparing Honda HF120 engine production and test program for a successful FAA audit leading to Production Certificate/mass production. Achieved Level 4 Test Cell Operator Position within 1 year of employment at Honda Aerospace Inc. Trained Completed Army 15G series course. Tasks involved: use of publications and special tooling, identifying shop and flight line safety procedures, identification of metal properties, layout patterns for repairs and fabrication of structural parts such as longerons, stringers and aircraft skin patches, advanced composite repairs of rotor blade surface and core material. All repairs and assignments graded based on tolerances of +/- 1/64th of an inch. Successfully completed Level 1 and 2 Eddy Current NDI Testing course at Army Operational Support Facility at Redstone Arsenal with line maintenance doing preflight checks and performed preventative and phase maintenance functions on UH-60 Black Hawk and AH-64 Apache aircraft.
