Charged with overseeing all aspects of Front End Operations department, requiring a commitment and capacity to continuously assess pricing and promotions in order to ensure smooth transactions to the customer’s satisfaction. Collaborate with multiple departments, to insure proper billings. Oversees the pricing tables of the Home Entertainment products (DVD, Blu-ray).
• Successfully works with sales team members to establish best practices in establishing discounts and rebates within the TPM system.
