We kept the Bothell repair station in a tester ready status approximately 95% of the time. 6 other foreign repair stations had a group to turn to for any test equipment related issue or matter. Headquarters engineering also had a group in the customer repair side to turn to for support.

As Tester Group supervisor we maintained approximately 1100 pieces of test equipment. With a greater than 95% on time rate. While working with the Ground Support Engineering manager from headquarters, we managed to keep 7 repair shops from 6 different countries at a 98% test capable ready status related to new product. # new systems were added with having to increase headcount or budget to maintain readiness.
