Highlights:
I have always been open to helping my co-workers and my boss if they ever need me. I have opened my doors to co-workers who need creative ideas or just need to talk. I currently work with 2 1/2 year olds and I am the lead teacher. I take care of creating fun activities and art projects for the children. I also put together bulletin boards that highlight the children's artwork. I have been very successful in creating lasting relationships with each and every one of the parents that trust me to take care of the most important thing in their lives, their children. I believe it is important, not only in day care, but in any work environment, to establish good relationships with your clients and your co-workers. These are the people you deal with everyday and we should all work together to get along, and to make the work place an efficient and comfortable place to work. I believe that the client should always come first and we really need to listen to them so we know how to best meet their needs. This goes with any work place and I believe that if we all lived by this, every work place would run smoothly.

My company is a huge supporter of the March of Dimes charity. Recently I was asked to collect donations and for this charity and also plan a day with my class where I would plan different activites and games for the kids to play outside. It took two weeks of planning and trying to find everything I need, but I pulled it off and the parents were all really impressed that I took the time and effort to help this wonderful charity, and ultimatly that makes the company look good.
