Professional Safe Career Minded Heavy Construction Multi Equipment Operator

My Career Objective is to have a Career in my field as a Heavy Construction Multi Equipment Operator that is not only Secure but rewarding. I take a lot of Pride in My Work and would like to find a company that takes as much Pride in thier work as well as thier Employee's and appreciates and rewards those whom take Pride in what they do for a Career. I look at Myself as an Artist with a Bulldozer/Excavator etc. and a Pile of what most people would consider a pile of dirt. I am in fact very artistic and take a lot of Pride in my work and tend to be a bit of a Perfectionist. Not to the extent that it reduces my Production. But so that when another Operator or Superior observes or oversee's my work they can be assured the job will get done right and in a timely manner. Unfortunately in our Industry I have noticed that a lot of Operators need to be told what needs to be done. A real Operator should not need imediate and constant supervision. Or a Baby Sitter as termed in our field alot. I want my Supervisor to know that he can communicate a task to me and be sure it will get done and done right in a safe and timely Manner.
