My objective is to effectively utilize my skills as outlined within this resume to become a part of a world-class organization. I am a persistent problem solver that follows up and seeks resolve to quality issues. I enjoy multi-tasking and hands on activity. I feel that I am most effective on a plant floor learning my processes as I feel that knowing my processes; I can be a more effective quality engineer. I have 25 plus years of experience of automotive quality and a strong working knowledge of metal stampings, tooling, molding, welding, metals fabrication, mechanical drawing interpretation, and assembly. In addition, I have experience with metal coatings that involve plating, painting, and powder coating. One of my favorite activities is error proofing processes. I look for ways to improve and/or implement poke yoke’s within a process and validate it. I love the challenge, no matter how radical. I am well versed with APQP requirements. I am a certified internal auditor for both TS16949, ISO9001, and ISO14001 EMS. I possess a valid passport and enjoy extensive travel when required. Also, I am well versed with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. I have also traveled and worked in Japan, Mexico, and Canada.
