PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY: * Coordinated the implementation and completion of AT&T's ongoing project with Farr sewer project. * Installation of all OSP and ISP to all Government Specs and BICSI Standards. Completed all red line drawings along with the butterfly drawings. * Verified that all work conformed to OSHA Standards and that all electrical installations conformed to NESC. * Arranged for a final inspection and sign off with the Government QA on all new OSP and ISP Installations. * Ensure all Ericsson, Federal, Local, and customer safety guidelines and construction procedures are enforced during the entire Civil Works phase of the project. * Maintain and update construction-specific areas of Site Handler including but not limited to the following: SOW and preconstruction documents (NTP, SOW, RFDS, safety guidance, QA standards, etc) NTP receipt verification RFDS submission review and changes civil acceptance documents, submission receipt, review and approval. * Installed 1,287 drops of fiber optic and 1,459,867' feet of CAT 6 Ethernet cabling in support of an ISP infrastructure build out supporting 24 buildings at Otis ANGB. * As part of the OSP system upgrade, installed approximately one mile of conduit and nine miles of fiber optic cable. * Ensured quality assurance was maintained throughout the construction process and oversaw the system testing and submission of contract deliverables for the project. * Performed the following tasks Site verification and Visual inspection of quality on site. Local Area Network (2GWLAN) Rickenbacker * As part of the OSP system upgrade, installed approximately one mile of conduit and seven miles of fiber optic cable. * Ensured quality assurance was maintained throughout the construction process and oversaw the system testing and submission of contract deliverables for the project. to 57 core facilities and flight line area at Osan AB. Carefully analyzed Radio Frequency (RF) design protocols to determine the proper placement of wireless Access Points (AP) and antennas to assure reliable RF propagation and system performance. Experienced with the installation of FIPS-140-2 certified hardware and software as well as the Harris SecNet 11 NSA Type-1 wireless encryption system. * General Dynamics Information Technology 2010 - 2011 Lead Field Engineer, Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) Wireless Project * Responsible for the installation and test of an IEEE 802.11 Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) solution in support of the CBP wireless initiative for the Southern Land Border Ports of Entry. * Provided infrastructure pathway, installed APs, conducted propagation testing, and provided Systems Acceptance Testing and As-Built engineering documentation for numerous sites along the US southern border.
