PROFILE * Leadership roles in organizing, planning and providing information for new system updates * Manage and delegate conference calls regarding customer complaints * Able to handle challenges, with proven history of increased productivity * Ability to facilitate team meetings * Multi-task several request as a daily routine * Analyze consumer requests and determine appropriates course of action * Ability to work from home when required * Responsible for daily reports submitted to the Customer Account Managers * Delegated and assist with reconciliation functions * Provided weekly and monthly feedback to management and additional Operation areas * Understanding and utilization of various reference materials and/or systems, in order to process specific requests across multiple functions * Adept at data input and/or extraction to reconcile control and process (C&P) errors or suspense items and updating of various tracking systems * High competency in Cisco, SalesForce, Microsoft Outlook, Windows, Word, Powerpoint, Excel Applications, MI Online Rate Finder, and LivePerson (online chat request from the customer)
