Throughout my career I have been recognized as an effective team builder with an innate ability to balance operational, management, and financial needs and align their respective goals. I am equally comfortable working with customers and partners at all levels, and am adept at viewing circumstances from both the field level and the 30,000 foot overview. Other areas of impact which you might find interesting include: • Cultural and Training Development: Designed the baseline training curriculum for all new hires, which aligned the company’s mission statement with customer, employee, and partner expectations. • Process Design and Implementation: Reduced financial losses, time management issues, and data integrity shortfalls by rectifying existing breakdowns in quality control, data collection, and procedural inefficiencies through a series of operational excellence programs and policies. • Green Initiative: Co-chaired company’s environmental impact initiative, focusing on operational programs to reduce energy, fuel, and paper consumption. Partnered with Energy Star to implement an ongoing evaluation process to monitor results. • Major Project Management: Led majority of company’s large-scale, national initiatives over 10-year span, including upgrading company’s Operating System (ERP CRM), Customer Service policies, Acquisition Integration, and Vendor / Franchise relations. • Internal Software Support & Training: Identified and coached associates throughout the organization in need of improved software skills, inclusive of the internal Operating System (Oracle-based ERP) as well as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com, and others. • Interpreter / Business Units: Served as the “liaison” amongst the multiple departments of the company, ensuring that all plans, goals, and processes were feasible and beneficial to all.
