RssLawyer, Orlando

As an Associate Attorney for a Plaintiffs law firm, Ronald R. Wolfe & Associates, P.L., I handled and argued a large volume of hearings in foreclosure matters such as Motions to Compel, Motions to Dismiss, and Motions for Summary Judgment in the counties of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, and Volusia. I have been an Assistant State Attorney for sixteen years in Orange and Osceola County, Florida. I have conducted jury trials in both Circuit and County Court such as robberies, drug charges, DUI, and violent crimes involving firearms and weapons. I have filed and argued numerous pre-trial motions and bond hearings. Throughout my legal career, I have conducted depositions and interviews of witnesses. As an Intake Attorney for the past twelve years, I have determined the appropriate charges for criminal cases. By my fair and impartial assessment of the evidence and the law, I have also dismissed criminal charges as an Officer of the Court. I have charged and reviewed almost all of the crimes investigated by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. I have the ability to handle a large volume of cases in terms of quantity and quality. I maintained the highest convictions as charged ratio as an Intake Attorney. This ratio reflected the high degree of accuracy in my charging decisions. Even when I was in a felony trial division in Osceola County in 2000, I had the highest convictions as charged ratio as a trial attorney. For over 6 years, I prosecuted crimes as one of two prosecutors in the Insurance Fraud and Workers Compensation Fraud Unit for the State of Florida in Orange County. I have developed the expertise in reviewing large volumes of documents and assessing the evidence needed to prosecute Insurance Fraud and Workers Compensation Fraud crimes. My judgment and experience have allowed me to handle the high degree of responsibility and complexity involved in fraud crimes. For over ten years, I had the honor of being the only prosecutor who manages Drug Court Status hearings on behalf of the State Attorney’s Office. For over twelve years, I have conducted civil Baker Act Hearings for the State of Florida. On December 18, 2012, State Attorney Lawson Lamar awarded me the Champion of Justice Award for my contributions , dedication, and loyalty to the State of Florida. I am committed to hard work and dedication to the community. I wish to advance my growth and experience as an attorney. Thank you for your consideration.
