Hiring Manager, I believe that I have the skills and experience to be able to perform proficiently in your environment. I have over 15 years of experience working in desktop and server support. For the past 20 years I have worked in Information Technology. I started as a field technician servicing small to mid-sized companies. This required installation, configuration and maintenance of computer networks, servers and desktops. From here I moved into teaching MCSE and CompTIA A+ for a few years. After teaching I wanted to get my hands back into doing systems administration and went to work for Dillard's Inc. While I was at Dillard's I served as the team lead for desktop support before moving to the server administration team. After leaving Dillard's I worked as an independent contractor for a period of 4 years, I found myself looking for work more than I was working and decided to take a position with CompuCom. While at CompuCom I worked as a Server Administrator servicing systems for the Walmart store environment.
