Over twenty years of experience in office management, field survey supervision and heavy construction layout procedures. Routine responsibilities have included coordination and preparation of A.L.TA., topographic and construction surveys, business development and retention, writing proposals, deed and title research, legal descriptions and producing survey computations and drawings using COGO, Land Development Desktop (AutoCAD LDD) and other similar programs. I have a recent security clearance for Unescorted Access on U.S. nuclear projects and generating stations. Field survey experience includes boundary, topographic mapping, heavy construction layout and GPS derived, high-precision control networks. Registered Land Surveyor in the States of Arizona, Connecticut and Utah. REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS * Senior Project Surveyor, Solana Project Teyma Abengoa-USA established project control for the world's largest CSP power plant to date. The project control network consisted of over 900 individual stations all achieving the required relative positional accuracy of 0.01'+/ - for the $3 Billion project. * Regional Director, EKN Engineering, California High Speed Rail to Las Vegas. Responsible for preliminary research and mapping of several possible routes through highly sensitive environmental and military districts. Coordinated and reviewed mapping for the 181-mile long alignment. Responsible for analysis and adjustment of control network over entire project length. * Division Manager, Toll Bros. Western Region. Successfully opened and staffed survey offices for Toll Bros. Inc. in Scottsdale, Las Vegas and Denver. This was achieved while managing operations in the Scottsdale office of the Toll Bros. engineering subsidiary, ESE Inc. * Principal and Owner Land Design Group, Phoenix, AZ. Owner of a locally successful Surveying and Engineering company serving clients in the Greater Metropolitan Phoenix area. * Director of Surveys Salt River, Pima/Maricopa Indian Community (A Sovereign Nation.) Department head in charge of the boundaries of the lands of the SRPMIC Reservation held in trust by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. I was directly responsible for the continued inspection and inventory of property that was increasingly encroached upon by the City of Scottsdale, Arizona. * Increased profitability of survey departments through increased training, implementing more effective field procedures, and marketing in areas previously untapped. * Consistently maintain excellent relationships with client base.
