Provide assistance/customer service to fast paced call center environment. Research mortgage accounts for errors in payments, documentation, disbursements of taxes, and other miscellaneous issues. Explain to customers how escrow accounts work, how their payments are applied, and how their loan can be paid off in a specific period of time. Create and monitor work orders to several different departments. Maintain excellent quality monitoring scores and call statistics. Help with training new employees in customer service technique, systems operation, and policies and procedures. Work on many special projects, and help with new software testing when needed.
