DUTIES: * * DUTIES: * Advise management in meeting and exceeding OH&S regulations. * Oversee HSE compliance with contractors and contractor HSE personnel. * Ensure that regulatory requirements are met, implemented, monitored, controlled and updated. * Managing Site Security Systems. Environmental, procedures contractor evaluation and surveillance. * Participate in safety planning and management review. * Audit contractor's safety program using COR audit structure. * Attend regular meetings with management and client to report project HSE performance. * Organize, attend or conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings. * Reviewing/developing/implementing/ controlling of JHA's/SWP's and code of practices. * Provide field leadership, coaching and mentor-ship. * Monitor verification of activities affecting safety. * Conduct incident / accident investigations and advise with corrective action of incidents and near misses. * Managing First Aid/WCB Claims * Analyze opportunities concerning safety. * Conduct formal and informal site inspection complete ongoing field inspections. * Perform and organize new employee training/orientation * Ensure Copies of Daily Inspections, Toolbox Meetings and Weekly Safety Meetings are Filed * Report Opportunities and Recommendations to the Safety Team to help improve the Safety * Any additional responsibilities required by the project. * Advise management in meeting and exceeding OH&S regulations. * Oversee HSE compliance with contractors and contractor HSE personnel. * Ensure that regulatory requirements are met implemented monitored controlled and updated.
