im looking to improve myself in the restaurant industry, im currently attending college at the arts institute in San Diego, trying to get my bachelors of science in culinary management, and i have previous culinary studies and certificates as a chef assistant and baker. my goals are to get to experience and learn the most of every job or place so one day i can open or manage my own restaurant with a new concept in cuisine.
