PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY For past 15 years, administered, operated and maintained many complex and challenging Information Technology networks and systems in support of DOD (both Strategic and Tactical): While working at RSSC-PAC, skillfully operated and maintained UHF DAMA/JMINI and Integrated Wave (IW) systems (Closely tied to SOVT and Cutover of both). Part of team Involved with initial turn-up/cutover of MUOS-1 Legacy payload channels. In addition, closely involved in UHF spacecrafts operations and health monitoring. Oversaw processing and completion of hundreds of SAR/SAA missions for the Pacific Theater. While working at DisaPac as a DSN/DRSN Switch Operations and Maintenance Controller, expertly directed and controlled the testing, operation, monitoring and maintenance of over 300 Unclassified and Classified voice/data network switches - quickly gained competency in operating and administering a host of Nortel DMS250 (SL100) & AT&T 5ESS Voice/Data/Video switches (with no prior training experience). While in the capacity of the PACFLT COMSAT Supt Rep, painstakingly, but rapidly, acquired the expert skills and knowledge required to maintain inhouse L-Band, C-Band and SHF Military and Commercial SATCOM systems (to include CWS and INMARSAT). Noteworthy, well-versed in the systems, configurations, operations and features of various network management systems: to name a few HP OPENVIEW, NET EXPERT and PANAVUE. Continually demonstrated high proficiency and versatility in configuring, testing, operating and maintaining diverse communication equipment suites and equipment: e.g., Fiber Optics, Satcom UP/DOWN Convertors, ATM & TDM Multiplexers, CSU/DSUs, CISCO Routers, Cryptographic units and BER Testers.
