BOEING C-17 bulkheads, rib and sub assemblies and bracket assemblies.. Sikorsky UH-60 cockpit assembly. Training and Certification: Course work in Architectural drafting certification, Aircraft blueprint and advanced courses. Tools: Various speed drill motors, various power rivet guns, pneumatic fastener installers such as hi-lok gun, jo-bolt gun, huck guns, riv-nut gun, rivet shavers, hi-shear cutters, squeeze guns and dotco die grinder. Metal cutter-sheet, ban saw, drill press, the break(to create angles and joggling), belt sander and hot dimpler. Also, blushings, blocks, hand squeeze, various clamps, assorted wrenches, sockets, screw drivers, snips, bucking bars, punches, various cutters and drill bits(flat-bottom, step core, terry bits, etc…). Used square, micrometer, six-inch rule, calipers, ball gauges and various fastener gauges to measure hole depth size in relation to fastener size and to test the tolerance of installed fastener.
