Eight years of hands on field experience, and over twenty years of management experience. Diversity ranges from general construction to electrical. Acted as estimator and manager for each respected listed discipline. Extremely diverse self-motivated, goal oriented individual seeking estimating, management, and/or negotiations based employment. I possess great communications and people skills. I am experienced at presenting information to groups ranging from presentations to AHSRAE groups of 150 people, to presentation of potential projects to owners, architects, and engineers. I am well respected in the local construction industry by architects, engineers, and owners. I possess tremendous management skills, purchasing/negotiating skills, and have the capacity to multi-task and do so without sacrificing quality of any of the respective tasks. My capacity to “close a deal” is unmatched in the industry.
