I aspire to one day run my own flooring company with my own sub-contractors coming to me for work. I have been in this business for approximately 15 years and I know the job inside and out. I have always been extremely loyal to those I work for and it has been a hinder to me in the fact that I haven't wanted to leave anyone after they helped me to learn so much. Now that I am older and have a family I am trying to get myself together to one day run my own company and be like those who taught me. I love what I do and it shows in my work.
