I've always said determination and drive are key to a sucessful work enviorment. Without those two qualities you only have laziness and half-hearted work which is the farthest from my personality. I am dedicated to the cause and the job. I put my all into my work whether it be a project at school or babysitting for a neighbor. I love taking initiative and will be fairly helpful in taking over the reins if it becomes necessary.
