Though my experience is not as recent as you would hope or consecutive, I have 5 to 7 experience in safety. I have accumulated it over the years; working as an industrial first aid attendant on construction sites which was the same as a safety officer in the mid 80's. I have worked as a home renovator for many years apprenticing as a carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter and finishing work. I was a Safety officer/Industrial First Aid Officer in Vancouver for the construction of a office building. Where I did site inspections, emergency first aid responder, WCB forms management, flag person, tool box talks and emergency preparedness planning and more. I am pursuing further education in Radiation Protection, CRSP, and various other fields of safety.
