Cisco Unified Communications Engineer. Skills and interests include all aspects of Cisco Unified communications. Solid experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco UCCX and Cisco collaboration products to include Meeting Place, Cisco Presence and Jabber, Video Teleconferencing (VTC Cisco, Tandberg and Polycom). Experience includes Voice Network and UC planning, design, deployment as well as engineering levels of operational support. Able to identify areas of strength and weakness in procedures, local/wide area networks, IP Telephony networks, and overall operations. Ability in network planning, solution development, deployment, implementation and troubleshooting of scalable Cisco networks, IP telephony networks and Unified Communication infrastructures.
