I'm a highly effective and accomplished hotel senior executive with over 30 years of experience in leadership and management of single asset and multi-unit hotel portfolio operations, sales, and marketing.I have EXTENSIVE experience with successful operations and sales with many of the Marriott and Hilton brands (Courtyard, Fairfield, Hilton Hotel, Hilton Garden, Hampton, and Homewood Suites), as well as the Starwood (Sheraton), Wyndham (Ramada Hotel, Ramada Inn), IHG (Holiday Inn Hotel, Holiday Inn Express), and almost all of the Choice brands (Clarion, Comfort, Sleep, Quality, and Mainstay Suites). Successful experience with Full-Service, Select/Focused/Limited-Service, and Extended-Stay business models in turnaround (previously distressed), new build/new construction, brand conversion/renovation, and stable (maintenance mode) phases in favorable and unfavorable market conditions.
