I am experienced in design, manufacture, install, debug, and performing maintenance on all types of manufacturing equipment. I am experienced in public speaking, performing presentation to all levels of management, engineering, media, and with an interpreter to foreign manufactures. I have the ability to direct myself and others to work together in a positive direction, using valid data and positive feedback, working through issues so that quality products can be manufactured. To work with platform teams and develop best practice techniques, to improve Quality, Safety, Cost, and First time capabilities.
