Drafting and Design/Engineering Design Graphics Technician

I am seeking a position as an AutoCAD operator. I have 10+ years as an AutoCAD drafter. During this is span of time I have gained a considerable amount of knowledge of what it takes to be an effective operator of AutoCAD. I have sound knowledge of engineering design principles, good numeric and computer skills, good communication skills and the knowledge of material properties coupled with the capability to read and comprehend designs and detailing effectively. I am flexible, adaptable and able to work within tight deadlines. I possess the ability to organize and layout drawing requirements in order to understand what is expected of a project in terms of design. In addition to this; I have worked with various firms and departments and my knowledge of managing 2D drawing and using specific software will prove to be a good contribution to my place of employment. I have been out of the workforce for a few years now, concentrating my full attention to my family. Now ready and excited to return to the field, get back to work and I look forward to bringing my excellent career knowledge to your team.
