Description
-Design and conduct applied research in fish technology e.g. fish handling, preservation, hygiene and quality. -Training courses in fish technology and reducing post-harvest losses for staff, undergraduate students and fishermen. -Socio-economic surveys and extension work among fisheries communities, especially women engaged in fisheries activities. -Participation in conferences, workshops and committees related to fisheries, nationwide and internationally. -supervise and examine graduate and post-graduate students.
