Environmental Services Manager or Director

I am a highly accomplished Director with experience in Casino Operations, a multimillion dollar P&L management and expertise in specialized cleaning on all surfaces. Proven leadership with teams of up to 230 team members with key emphasis on team building and training, with the ability to motivate all levels of management, hourly staff and maximize levels of productivity. I have solid experience, results-oriented, with a proven track record in a high paced environment. I have a proven history with property start up, expansion growth and daily operations with an excellent knowledge of Team management, excellent leadership skills, EVS and Public Space Cleaning. I have training and knowledge in Hazmat and biohazard and held the property position of hazmat manager.
