In order for a manager to reach the highest potential, the best, and most capable associates must make up a winning team. This allows the manager and the team to work in benefit of each other, the whole. Therefore recruiting that team is of the utmost importance. As a former business executive for the hospitality industry, and now a Director of Operations within the beauty and entertainment industry, I find that there are several key qualities that will help determine the success or failure of any team.
