My unique background combines deep talents for 3-dimensional and spatial reasoning, GD&T, creative solutions, and design innovation, with in-depth knowledge of the Pro-E Wildfire application. A sample of my achievements includes: • Managing the end-to-end product development and engineering process as Product Designer for Berco. • Securing a landmark nine US patents for product design innovations and winning an elite Platinum Award for Design Excellence (ADEX). • Developing a strong reputation for engineering creativity and problem solving as one of Berco’s trusted, go-to design resources. • Devising conceptual engineering models and product prototypes, leveraging diverse expertise in designing aluminum die castings / extrusions and sand castings, in metal fabrication and stamping, and in designing molded plastic and sheet metal components. • Sound expertise in creating technical drawings, plans, manufacturing assembly instructions, and detailed bills of material to ensure product quality, consistency, and accuracy through commercialization.
