Flexo printing

I am experienced in high quality and high speed production. My experience is the following. Letter, offset and flexo presses. Wide web and narrow web with the use of turning bars. Water, solvent, and uv based inks .Matching and toning of inks. Watching the scanner throughout the run for miss outs , register or other quality issues. .Choosing the correct anilox for process or line printing. Setting of color with rail inking systems. I worked with ten color central impression and inline presses .Register and comping to the cut off. Taping , pinning or cocking rollers for wrinkling or baggy substrates or to get the correct repeat or fix other tension problems. I also know the importance of color match and checking samples with proof for set up of jobs and changing of items. Printing on films or paper. .Checking treat on different sub straights and treating of stock for print and lamination .Use of densitometers. Pressure sensitive printing . Operation of folders and quarter folders two to three ratio folders with cross associates. Setting up the folder changing tucker blades, cams ,pins cheeck woods (cutting blade ) and rubbers. Changing of blankets and foundations. Maintenance / changing of rollers and use of derometers . Making of pastors .Pre-press includes Mounting of photopolymer plates in the correct head position .Also use of litho plates and direct to plate process. I am quality, quantity and safety minded.
