I have held the position of Mechanical Engineer in the sheet metal fabrication field for 15 years. I have over 30 years of fabrication experience. Utilized Solid Works for 15 years for modeling parts, welding fixtures, designing complex assemblies and drawing packages; I have programed using CINCINNATI and (FabriWIN) cam software for turrets and Lasers. I also have work experience as Inspector, estimator, laser, turret, brake welding, and machinist. Knowing these skills give me a great advantage to modeling and determining an affective design. I create job routings and maintain labor ticket quantities using. The companies I have worked for are ISO certified as 9001. Worked with ECO’S, (Engineering change order) NMR’s (Nonconforming Material Report). I have implemented many PQR’s (Part Quality Review). I have worked as project leader on many projects. Also, help train new personnel on laser, welding and other equipment.
