I am currently working at a rehab and nursing care facility, were I care for both accute and long term patients. Prior to this I was working as a Case Manager for the Utah National Guard. I was responsible for coordinating care of injured soldiers, gathering necessary documentation, and working closely with units to keep soldiers medically deployable including dental.
