Technical discipline in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Materials Engineering and Nondestructive Examination with experience in a variety of industries: Nuclear, Chemical Processing, Oil and Gas, Mining and Minerals, Fossil, Infrastructure, Building Construction and Aerospace. Knowledge of multiple aspects of construction activity including oversight of contractors and subcontractors, process and vendor surveillance, audit and program management, managing contract changes, work-in-progress analysis, safety compliance, scheduling, cost, permits and contract administration applicable to mechanical, structural, civil, architectural, electrical, and wet and dry utilities. Familiarity with design-build projects and EPCM including proficiency in the development, implementation, and management of a construction QA Plan, participate in conduct of operations assessments, root cause analysis, lessons learned, along with corrective and preventative maintenance.
