Description
With over 26 years of industry experience Mrs. Winkler-Shull successfully manages PSI's largest Florida testing laboratory. She has performed the full range of tests typical of roadway and vertical construction. Work performed has included tests for private developers city county and state agencies. She supervises 7 technical personnel as well as personally performing thousands of laboratory tests each year. She tracks and responds to all CCRL AMRL ARMY CORE and all FDOT Report responses as well as maintaining all Calibrations records and the R-18 Lab Manual. Additionally she is responsible for keeping all Certificates up to date for AMRL/CCRL Army Core and FDOT calculating runs and reports and MAC Data entry for FDOT projects. Has worked with the SMO Research Corrosion Lab and Asphalt Lab.
