PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Certified Safety Site Supervisor with 10 years of experience in Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, and Health and Safety (EHS) positions supporting the Oil and Gas Industry. Highly skilled in the completion of safety and environmental inspections, the identification of issues and subsequent development of corrective action plans that ensure compliance with applicable safety, health and environmental regulations including OSHA, EPA, HAZMAT, company and site rules and regulations, and state and local laws. Proven leadership ability with over 18 years of direct managerial experience in the selection, training, management, retention and progression of employees. Responsible for the supervision of all employees (25+ field personnel per location) working at various locations across the Greater Baton Rouge Industrial Area to ensure that all HydroChem safety rules and regulations are maintained as well as all state and federal laws are followed. Duties include but are not limited to travel to the individual locations for the following purposes: Performs task safety analysis behaviorally based job observations and inspections of sites. * Conducts compliance audits making site personnel aware of assessment observations and implementing change management activities to bring sites into compliance. * Leads PHAs in order to prevent recordables and identify the need for process changes maintenance on equipment different PPE and if necessary personnel replacement.
