Saved the company several million dollars by moving across the bay from San Mateo to Hayward negotiating with the landlord to build the building to spec with a state-of-the art Network Data Center with redundant backup generator capability. Site selected, negotiated the lease, awarded the architectural contract and choose the general contractor to build an entire floor of 27k square feet in New York City to deploy the company's first institutional online product to the financial community.
