QI / QA Nurse
I am a Registered Nurse and have specialized in Home Health Care since 1990. I am currently working as Medicare Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement Manager (QA / PI), and am seeking part-time / full-time employment in a similar position or as a medical records auditor. I am a Certified OASIS Specialist-Clinical (COS-C) and have 2 years of experience helping to prepare 2 home health agencies, one for ACHC accreditation and one for Florida ACHA requirements, as well as 20 years of experience in Medicare home health field work.
