Highlights:
Have been responsible for the Company billing system which included managing one programmer and 3 production support staff, resolving reported problems and general analysis of all phasis of billing and internal reporting. This division's yearly billing is in excess of $95 million per year. Consistently met all monthly deadlines so Finance could close the books on time, invoices have been generated by the 3rd of each month and perform general anaysis on usage trends, problem areas and providing information to Marketing to use for targeting customers for potential campaigns. Worked 3 years in Pricing so now I'm one of 2 in the company that understands how pricing works on the majority of our products.
