Able to analyze the needs of the telecommunications industry to provide voice, data and high speed services while maintaining budgetary commitment.
Able to prepare estimates for capital approval, monitor spending to ensure proper spending, write supplements if required due to scope of job changes and ensure timely turn up of assets and closure to ensure AFUDC charges stop incurring when assets are ready for service.
