I intend to take the NCLEX prior to February of this year,and enroll at Penn in the fall to coplete BSN.I plan to get a few years of RN experience in a Hospital either in the ER or possibly in the OR.After I have these goals under my belt.I want to do traveling nursing and take care of my husband. I one day wish to change a law regaurding staff to resident ratios in nursing homes,as well.I am a nurse who also considered working as a case manager.My traveling will depend on my husbands health.I believe that ther are so many cases of neglect,abuse,and alot of the time NO COMPASSION for our elderly and it is a true shame.I would like to be the one that could change it.
