Two areas of growth: Sales and Negotiations. After eight years as a Senior TSA I received the opportunity to reinvent myself as an education sales rep. The growth in my skill base has been tremendous, as I have autonomy to sell to my assigned regions. Learning proposals and agreement contracts writing has been exciting and it feels great to use my potential more fully in this new environment.
