I have 30 years of experience which includes positions and project experience spanning a wide array of aspects in construction, military, consulting and management on varying levels. • Recently completed a $7,984,468.00 job in Oklahoma (Fort Sill). As well as being the PM on this project, I was also the Government qualified QC representative for ICS. • I’m well versed with:  UFC’s, UFGS’s, RFP’s for military projects.  I managed the first project for ICS on Camp Pendleton to receive LEED Gold.  Proactively managing all aspects of HVAC projects, including bid processing, equipment and material acquisition, budgeting, man-load forecasting, and schedule (critical-path) management.  Preparing and delivering all technical documents necessary, following specifications, including pre-construction, close-out documentation, specialized reporting and project-specific technical requirements, plans (blueprints), and subcontracts.  Preparing project-specific safety documentation and procedures, including management and supervision.  Managing project costs and expenses ensuring timely subcontractor and vendor invoice payments.  Supervising employees and inspecting production for quality and accuracy ensuring adherence to the plans and specifications of the project.
