Summary of Qualifications: * in-depth knowledge of brazing materials and applications, as well as specialty and precious metals * practical experience with metals processing, including casting, extruding, hot and cold rolling, drawing, slitting, and stamping * strong analytical and experimental background in solid mechanics/metal matrix composites * extensive equipment design and testing experience * experience applying Lean and Six Sigma principals to manufacturing environment * extensive experience managing ISO requirements and documentation * adept in applying Quality tools and statistical techniques using Minitab software * demonstrated aptitude for working with and solving customer problems * proven ability to work independently and as part of a team * proficiency in public speaking gained through extensive classroom teaching * strong verbal and written skills as demonstrated by technical papers/presentations
