PROFILE Highly accomplished maintenance supervisor with extensive experience working on combat and civilian vehicles, as well as commercial mechanics. Experienced and ambitious with over fifteen years of knowledge in all areas of mechanics, HVAC, field maintenance and services. Constructive team member and can work well on own initiative to meet deadlines. Deployed some of the most effective mechanical and engineering solutions for the U.S. Military while conducting missions to meet and exceed all Departments of the Army standards. Approachable and committed to delivering a high level of service and adept at interacting with domestic and foreign personnel in combat and peacetime mission. Experienced in using all hand tools to make mechanical repairs. Skilled in removing and installing aircraft parts, components and accessories with detailed guidance. Experienced in following detailed instructions in making routine, reoccurring repairs and modifications to aircraft parts, subassemblies and components, e.g. such as jacking and leveling aircraft, installing and adjusting engines, landing gear assemblies, instrument panels, and flight control systems. Skilled in installing, adjusting, aligning, troubleshooting and functionally testing the various major and minor mechanical and pneudraulic systems on an aircraft during overhaul and modification. Experienced in coordinating the work of other mechanics, and scheduling maintenance to ensure completion of critical actions and optimum workflow. Ability to instruct lower graded mechanics, military and other personnel in the disassembly and re-assembly of crash damaged engines, transmissions, gearboxes, hydraulic components, and fuel controls sufficient for the exhibit to be returned to its shipping container.
