I have been building, conditioning, making design improvements and implementing process improvements for integrated manufacturing of highly complex electronic connecters for nearly thirty years. The vast majority being with injection molding. I have quoted and won bids to keep a four to eight week back log for a fifty man Tool Build Shop with three shifts, running six to seven days a week. The way we were able to maintain this through put was by having a constant mesh between the three shift supervisors and Lead Mold Makers, Lead Die Makers and CNC / W.E.D.M Programmers. I have trained Apprentices across the Molding, Stamping, Assembly and Plating disciplines for at least twenty years.
