 Designated Supplier Quality Representative for GE Aviation India & USA.  Worked as Designated Supplier Quality Representative for MTU Aero Engine Germany in the year of 2012-2015.  Co Ordinate with Customer to resolve the Quality issue and visited to MTU Aero Engine Germany for discuss the Quality issues.  Co Ordinate with First Article Inspection & Documentation for GE Aviation, Honeywell & Eaton.  Ensuring complete Final inspection, process quality control & continuous improvement in process capabilities.  Study and understand customer specific requirements and flow down to the inspection criteria.  Understand special process requirements and arrive at the inspection criteria.  Providing quality assurance for Engine parts for GE Aviation and Eaton  Preparation of Inspection plan/Gauge Plan and procurement of gauges for Development Parts.  Conducting SPC study and Gauge R&R (Gauge repeatability and reproducibility).  Work on Poka-Yoke (error proofing) in Process inspection.  Conducting internal quality audits and Management reviews.  Use of statistical Techniques, Control plans, SPC.  To check and approve FAI for new products and existing products on the basis of Customer requirements/ Company’s specifications/Drawings.  Monitoring receiving, in process and Final inspection.  Coordinating for Documentation of procedures, work instructions,  Review all quality Final inspection plans and ensure for proper tools and methods.  Analyzing & resolving quality issue, customer complaints.  Follow up with suppliers for corrective and preventive actions.  Coordinating with Source inspection.  Supporting to customer audit.
