RssSpecial Agent in Charge, US Army Counterintelligence

 Direct sophisticated CI activities to detect and neutralize insider threats posed by Foreign Intelligence Services (FIS), International Terrorists, malicious criminals, malcontented employees, and other threats to national security and organizations. Oversee sensitive and high-profile counterintelligence, counterespionage, and other security investigations and programs in multiple countries, including the Far East Asia, Central Asia, Southwest Asia, Middle East, Europe and the USA.  Credited with Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in management, classified programs, full-spectrum CI operations and investigations, and security programs for organizations globally. Technical advisor for security training.  Exceptional supervisory experience with proven ability to lead diverse and complex workplaces. Demonstrated capacity to plan, resource/support, budget, and oversee projects, which include development of work products, coordination, and communication of technical and operational requirements.  Liaison with senior officials of various federal agencies (FBI, CIA, NSA, IRS-CID, DIA, State Department, DSS, Major Procurement Fraud Unit (MPFU), NATO) and other foreign country security agencies. Manage or participate in Special Access Programs. Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior-ranking Allied officers in a multi-national counterintelligence environment conducting high-stake CI operations, managing the production, review, or modification of complex strategic security policy, and conducting high-level business.
