State Regulation- California Code of Regulations, Health & Safety Code, and Local City Sewer/Stromwater Ordinance (Burbank Municipal Code) which are intended to protect publicly owned works (POTW) Pretreatment Program, Storm Water, and the environment. Conduct inspections of industrial manufacturing and pretreatment facilities to ensure protection of the wastewater collection system, treatment facilities, personnel and the environment.
