I am interested in a full-time, part-time or PRN pharmacist position. I have extensive clinical experience with the adult and pediatric populations My main focus has been in the hospital setting with a strong emphasis on infusion preparation, including but not limited to chemotherapeutic agents pediatric dilutions and TPN preparations. Additionally, I have extensive clinical expertise in antibiotic stewardship and Vancomycin dosing. I would also welcome the opportunity to resume my practice in retail pharmacy as I have an Immunization and MTM certifications
