Entry level Manager

I am currently unemployed, however was last employed as a Social Worker for Essex County Welfare and have over six years of experience working in a highly pressurized environment and dealing successfully with vulnerable people in difficult circumstances. I would also like to point out that I have experience as working as a Mentor/Advocate with the Youth Advocate Program where I supervised at risk, mentally challenged, disabled teenagers. I am able to forge excellent working relationships and collaborate with other staff and community agencies wherever needed. I am a team player, creative, self-motivated and extremely professional and pride myself on my problem-solving abilities using initiative, persistence and always maintaining integrity and loyalty and would welcome the opportunity to manage your office while creating a smooth running office. I am committed to working creatively and collaboratively with everyone. I believe that with my educational and professional experiences, as well as my motivation, enthusiasm, empathy and compassion for others. My vision is that if allowed, I could prove to be be a valuable and productive member of your team. I feel that my greatest professional ability is to meet each of my client’s unique needs by gaining an in-depth understanding of their circumstances, problems and requirements and ensure that they understand that with Christ in their lives, all things are possible.
